  I spent almost a whole day before my journey back home in Scotia bank for currency exchange... I had to exchange EC (eastern Caribbean dollars) to US dollars before i reached the airport as my coin pouch was so heavy, must have been more than 7 pounds. When i gave them my coins they started to count enthusiastically and later gave up asking me to split the coins according to their value in various money pouches along with a note of denomination. The bank was so crowded that i hd no place to stand and no seats available. i counted the coins kneeling on the floor, dropping almost every coin while splitting. I still remember when a sergeant who passed by sarcastically said "pls pray for me too, lady" When he saw me on my knees :) this was one unforgettable experience in my life that i wish to share it all... Nice bank on the whole...

  They taxes can be very high but overall a great bank, I highly recommend for visitors.

  horrible service.. can't get anyone to answer the phone
