::Arrived in St. Lucia 2/25/17 and had a reservation with Sixt, Budget and Hertz for a rental car. Did this acct past experience in not having available cars. All 3 did not have a car available unless I wanted to pay a higher rate. Seeing other reviews I believe this is normal business practice and should avoid. The only way I can think of is to get the rental through your resort, they will not want to loose business through them. Best of Luck!
